[OVER] Can do utility bill payment at discount (rupay Friday offer)

If anyone is looking to pay utility bill, i have multiple rupay platinum cards and i don't need to use it this month, so we can split the discount 50-50. For example: if you have to pay a bill of 600, i will get 100 discount via card so u can pay me 550.
