Can we earn reliance smart points when order through jio mart
No not all offers are same. Buy 1 Get 1 offer is not available on jiomart which is available at offline reliance smart on some reliance own brand products. Product variety is less on website. Fresh items like are not available like milk, curd, batter etc. I bought bread from store at 18₹ for 400g but same brand is not available online only few costly ones. 2% extra off which run offline above other offer is not available online. Free product like 1kg aata/1 kg sugar on 1500 and above offer is not online.
I order online only in case I have to order large bulk quantity of things like 25kg rice, 10kg aata which is of same price at both place or if some specific discount with bank card.
That offline business is running under name of reliance mart .
Jio Mart is online inventory ,this one is depend upon live stock in offline stores .
For example ,i had ordered breads like 4-5 times in last month from jiomart.
They delivered 3 times and unable to deliver 2 times .I had a word with their supply chain and delivery guy ,who shared that the product availability is not guaranteed as offline inventory is not shown in online storefront .
So ,when they receive order through jiomart login ,they process if available in stock and mark the same in your bill.
Just wait for few months ,when they will map store offers with website one and rebrand the whole under jio store name .
A tip which was shared to me from delivery guy was spot on , as if u need perishable items like bread and butter , always place order after 10 pm on Saturday , sunday and 6 pm on normal weekdays (worked for my region ) as they stock up reliance Mart inventory at same time and more chance of confirm delivery for same as availability is assured .
Does it hold true now after 2.5 years??
Mostly yes.
Reliance smart/Jio mart is anytime cheaper. Jio mart still doesn't guarantee order fulfillment but for quite a long time they are delivering everything.
For basic food items, it is the cheapest and at times also the best in quality. For example it's own brand Salt is better than देश का नमक and almost at half price.
For online variety, big basket is better.
Jio is the way to beat inflation.
No. Infact many offline Reliance Fresh store products are not even available on Jiomart. It has become very frustrating to use the Jimaapp bow. I have switched to Flipkart Grocery and Amazon Fresh.
