Any SBI LTF Credit card

Does SBI offer a credit card that is lifetime free without any criteria and terms and conditions?

I don't use credit cards often, so I'm not interested in cards that require high/low  annual spend to waive fees or offer cashback that can compensate Annual fees.

I prefer a simple card like the ICICI Platinum, which is free for everyone.

I will mainly use it for shopping offers and rarely shop.

I have a good credit score and want a SBI credit card for just offers.  Right now holding few cards with other bank.

If it's on the Rupay network, that would be ideal.

I have savings account in SBI.

Actually I'm looking for the same. Maybe they issue LTF if the person is senior citizen? Doesn’t charge debit card for senior citizens.....

I too have never seen them giving a LTF card, but heard that some people get theirs free by requesting them or through an ongoing offer but I'm sure that's user specific.

I recently noticed after logging into sbicard.com that they're giving SimplySave Rupay CC free. You can clearly see that the fee mentioned is 0+taxes but when I called the customer care, they said that there is no such offer going and I will be charged both the usual joining and annual fee of 500+gst each. And the same page on the SBI Card app shows it as "Free for first year", which is actually the ongoing offer.

So be very cautious here and take proper screenshots if you see any LTF offer with SBI.

SBI will never give LTF cards from start of getting a card (as officially there is no provision for them in backend for this - heard from customer care before)

1) but you can request LTF after you spend some good amount in their credit card

2) if you have 2 or more SBI cards then you can request that you have higher variant SBI card and you dont want to pay annual feels for the low variant because you already use high variant of the card:) so that way they will make the lower variants LTF but always will keep something to be paid for them .. SBI Cards is hard to make into LTF but its possible you have to do some good transactions and then request them on email then they will do LTF conversion
