At 25000 Lg 7kg washing machine is a better deal. U don't get wifi in that but u get direct drive. Samsung machine works on belt system which is not the case in lg and samsung does not cover those belts in warranty. So later on u will have a good amount to pay for repair or replacement of belts. No offence against the deal.

I'm currently having the 8kg version of the same samsung model.
I bought it from flipkart after exchange of old washing machine. It costed me 23k
It is good and there is no vibrations felt if we place it properly. There is no issue with the wash and it is doing the work what is intended to do.
Coming to the direct drive and belt driven mechanism each has its own advantage and disadvantage.
The only point which made me to move away from LG is if the direct drive motor fails the entire assembly along with drum needs be replaced. The direct drive Motor bears the full load of the clothes in the drum as well.
For belt drive it will have wear and tear which needs to be addressed as well
