Terms and Conditions:
1. The Offer is valid only for selected Credit Cardholders (“Customer/Cardholder”) of Kotak Mahindra
Bank (“Bank”). Bank reserves the right to Offer to any of its Cardholders at its sole discretion. The Offer
is only for the eligible customers who have received communication from the Bank.
2. The Offer is valid only on the transactions done using the Credit Card in the offer period.
3. The date of the transaction will be considered based on the transaction date submitted by the Merchant
Establishment/Association (i.e. Visa/MasterCard/Rupay). The Bank will not be responsible if Merchant
Establishment submits the transaction date as different from the actual date when transaction was
done.
4. Please note that cash back is subject to merchant settlement of transactions. Hence, only transactions
settled by merchants within the Offer Period will be eligible for the cash back.
5. Bill Payment can be any from any of these categories - Electricity/ Gas/LPG cylinder /Mobile
Postpaid/Landline /Credit Card/ Broadband/Water.
6. Transaction should be successful and not reversed
7. Minimum transaction value for Bill Payment is Rs. 500
8. Maximum discount on Myntra is Rs. 200
9. Minimum spend to redeem the voucher on Myntra is Rs. 1299
10. Only Primary Cards will be eligible for the Offer.
11. Cash back is eligible only once per customer
12. Customer should complete minimum 1 Bill payment transaction using Kotak Mobile Banking App or
Kotak Net Banking during the campaign period (21st June 2024 to 21st July 2024). Only the base of
users who satisfy the above criteria will receive the voucher codes.
13. Eligible customers will receive Myntra discount voucher code latest by 31st July. The voucher code will
be sent via email and/or SMS on the registered email id and mobile number on the date of offer
fulfillment.
14. The card should be in open or active status and should not be delinquent or in any block status as on
the offer fulfillment date to be eligible for Myntra voucher code.
15. The bank holds out no warranty and makes no representation with respect to the service, delivery and
quality of the goods offers by paisawapas.com or Myntra. In case of any queries or disputes regarding
the same the customer shall resolve the same directly with Paisawapas or Myntra without any reference
to the bank whatsoever.
16. Offer is not valid on Corporate and B2B Credit Cards.

17. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Bank Offer.

18. This Offer is not valid on credit card payments made in foreign exchange in Nepal & Bhutan.

19. Cardholders classified as delinquent will not be eligible for this Offer.

20. The Offer is non-transferable, non-encashable and non-negotiable.

21. Participation in this Offer is voluntary.

22. Any person availing of this Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms

and Conditions and the general terms and conditions of the Bank. Bank merely facilitates its Customers

to avail the Offer and it is in no way concerned or connected in respect of the terms and conditions of

Paisawapas or Myntra.

23. Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever,

to add/alter/modify/change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in

part this Offer by another Offer whether similar to this Offer or not or to extend or withdraw this Offer

altogether.

24. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Cardholder from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent

activity is observed as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits of the Offer.

25. The decision of the Bank in all matters in connection with and incidental to this Offer is final and shall

be binding on all persons.

26. The Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy

in the services rendered by Paisawapas or Myntra, its agents or representatives and the Customer

hereby understands, acknowledges and agrees not to hold the Bank responsible or liable for, any

losses, damages, costs, charges, expenses, claims (whether direct or indirect), actions or demands

suffered by the Customer in relation to availing the benefits under the Offer.

27. The terms of the above Offer shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms and conditions

contained in the Cardholder Agreement.

28. Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above Offer or otherwise relating

hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai.
