If you have axis bank debit card, you might have received mail. For me it was axis priority debit card. It looks like for all debit cards.

In tnc it is asking to pay 2 rupee which will be refunded but again 1056 is mentioned that is chargeable. How to get it as complimentary?? @sousnake
