Well money got debited from my bank account by paytm

Where did you see that?

Its applicable on all. Just choose Paytm as Payment on checkout.

Not sure about how many times you can use it though.

Use DESIDIME17 to get 13% cb in bank account. (Read the banner just below menu for more details) and use paytm to get another 500Rs cb..

Last week my order failed but they haven’t restored the amount to my wallet but yesterday added cashback for the same.
Mailed them twice but always get stupid response from their end. Copy paste mails.
Today mailed bill desk let see what they have to say about it.

from paytm: fist they said to contact to ebay, after that said to wait for 4 days for refund

had mailed bill desk no reply, paytm silly replies that we have solved your problem, and ebay when initially called they said its normal and will give me a complaint ref no but then didnt get any and when i called ebay back they said they are not accepting paytm related complaints

Paytm got permission from RBI to operate money wallet which is not able to fulfill RBI term and conditions. wait for some more time and if they will not take appropriate action go with higher escalation which may result suspending of paytm wallet permission.
