Statement 1)AZ pay balance can't be combined with any other payment method
Statement 2) AZ Shopping voucher can be combined with Any payment method

Think of voucher as an additional discount.
So when you select Amazon shopping voucher, amount of product is deducted by voucher amount and remaining amount can be paid via pay balance, card etc
