No more cashback for cc bill payment

I was going through the tnc and found that cashback is only on telecom and utilities. I was told that I'll get 1% cb on cc bill payments from hdfc mobile app or net banking.
Am I missing something?

Points to mil gaye redeem nahi ho rahe.. but i faced issur earlier too . Can take upto 2 3 weeks

There is a delay for crediting points for bill payments made on first week of calendar month. Probably You will get your points within this week.
make your you paid it with the debit card, by default it will be from the account itself (default option) . many times i myself missed cashback for not selecting the debit card option . simply paid via account
I too paid card bill on 2nd May via Bill Pay in HDFC. I am yet to receive points.

It was always mentioned telecom and utilities but we used to get on cc bill payments as well. Did you do the payment using debit card only? I am yet to do my transactions this month but I had received points for cc bill payments done on 30th April

In the first few days of every month the cashback is generally delayed
