Can someone please let me know if this is a actual re-kyc email? I have been getting these from past few weeks.

I don't see anything when I logged into imobile or netbanking.

Just download the imobile app. If Re KYC is required, it will show up in the app and you can do it online in a minute.

Looks like it is just an AD to get us connected to RM.

Customer care confirmed no Re-kyc required and if and when it is really required it will pop-up in the app and netbanking.

The email is genuine.

I am also getting these email from last few days.

I did talk with my RM but he didn't mention anything about this.

May be they just want us to call RM or eRM to hear their offers.

I haven't been lifting their eRM calls from some time.

May be will call customer care/ask them in twitter.

Don't want to deal with branch or RM as they always keep asking on investments or loans.
