How to apply for a premium HDFC credit card

I am only getting basic card options like moneyback or HP.
Is there any way to get a premium card.
The customer care person keeps giving the same link which shows only eligible only for basic cards.
Do you know if I can speak to someone in HDFC or write them an email to ask for DCB or Millenia.
