Yes Both One Card And Scapia Credit Cards Stopped On Boarding Some Days Ago.
Reason :: As Per Rbi Rule Both Front End And Back End Must Be Managed By Issuing Bank , Example : Federal Bank.
What Happens At One Card Is :: Back End Is Managed By Federal Bank And Front End Is Managed By Onecard.

But there are multiple banks involved with One card which offers their card.
So why just Federal Bank will manage

most likely temporary and once OneCard starts accessing customer data in encrypted form, the banks would start issuing cobranded cards again, a card network executive said.
