This is THE worst online shop. don't trust them. There is no surety that you will get your order in given time. There is no SLA for them. They simply update the est. shipping date. No customer care at all. No one will hear you. I placed an order on 28 Apr. Est. shipping date was 30th Apr. and now it is updated to 5th May. and this a shipping date not the delivery date. I’ve ordered Canon EOS 600D SLR(Kit 18-55mm IS II). I got the product after 3 days. It’s total fraud when I was checked my product. They have sent me only Camera Body(there is no Canon EF-S 18-55 mm IS Lens Kit). I have ordered a laptop Lenovo ThinkPad Edge E431 on 19 Mar, 2014 order no: 1839009983, paid by credit card , it was canceled after citing some issues with courier. I purchased Sony Xperia Mobile from snap deal. I am chasing for my mobile from saturday but neither i got support from customer service nor from blue dart persons. In Blue Dart rudrapur the service is pathetic. Snapdeal customer care support is pathetic. I bought an Acer 19.5 Inch monitor believing that it would come with a DVI port and a DVI cable as listed on their site, but when the Monitor reached my house, then it did not had any DVI port and it just had a VGA port. If anyone knows tech then they would definitely understand that how much is the quality difference between DVI and VGA monitor.
