I had ordered two items from Snapdeal. One on 17th of october and the other on 22nd of october. The delivery timeline for the first was on 25th. of october, and in spite of numerous follow ups with snapdeal, it seems impossible to track the shipment. They only send a standard reply that it is on route. The second shipment has still not been shipped, in spite of the shipping date being 24th. of oct. I had ordered a HP 110-216ix Desktop (i3 3240T/2 GB/500 GB/Ubuntu) from Snapdeal on 27th Sep 2014 through Order 2942217472. Snapdeal sent me a message that one or more items from my order is shipped in a package by Bluedart Road transport. I received this package on 4th October, but to my surprise it contained only the desktop CPU, keyboard & mouse. I bought an Elgi Ultra Dura+ grinder from snap deal. I received the delivery with a worn out box. When asked, it was told that the box was damaged in the transit and that it is a fresh piece. But the serial no. on the grinder and the serial no. on the box are totally different and from different batch. Also the handle of the grinder was broken. I am very upset:-{ due to the delay of the delivery. They should deliver the product like flipkart. Why snapdeal has everything in Delhi? Why can't the products can be stored in big cities like Bangalore and many more other posh cities. If we are ordering any product even if its a small headphone it will take 6 days or 4 business days to be delivered. This is really not happening snapdeal. I buyed a product Samsung Galaxy Core GT-I8262 (White) on 14-06-2014.(Order ID: 2262295388) I received the wrong product that it it was blue color. I asked them and they said to return the same through courier. For that I paid 635 rs on 21-06-2014. It reached to there city on 23-06-14.
