They are the biggest fraud. No. customer support e-mail or phone no. Try the no. (0124) 441 4888 & it never gets picked up. It shows their intentions. No e-mail address where you can complaint. I urge all of those cheated by shopclues to start an online campaign against Shoplcues so that the FRAUD website known as Shopclues.com goes bankrupt & its promoters behind bars. hello all, i had ordered a man jacket in navy and paid for it before through net banking, they sent item on time but product was quit differ than i ordered, they sent me very inferior, worst , and very cheap item, Shopclues make the man dupe, they is the only cheat so i advise to the other people that never buy any product from the shopclues view more

With Shopclues, its kind of a 'try your luck' experience, where you should feel blessed if you receive the products and if not, its a dead end. No one will ever listen to you and the money is equal to the one lost in a gamble. I think its only the automated email system they are referring as 'Customer Support' as I used to get only automated emails for all my grievances posted.
