Bought a product from them, delivered me wrong one. Following it with them for more than two months, every support person will pitch in and ask for the detail so I’ve to tell him/her the complete story. They are useless idiots, don’t know how to do business. Avoid buying product from them as much as possible. Wasted my most of the time dropping mail and calling them. I ordered lots of products from shopclues and their prices are awesome. When I order any product i just receive them in just 3-5 days . Products are well packed . Good customer care centre where any issue is resolved . I have ordered recently handkerchiefs , socks and lots of other products . Return Policy is not good for some products as sometimes some products are not returned like if we didn't like clothes then they are not returned . Shopclues offer low cost products. They have always credited the clues buck which could be used in next purchase without problems. Packing of the materials was found always good. its certainly better to start ordering items for a low amount when u r first time purchasing and wait for the first mess to happen.
