I order a phone on flipkart along with an exchange for old phone. The delivery guy inspected my old phone which i am using. first he removed the flip cover when i asked him why? he replied thats company policy then he broke my temper glass. while removing the temper glass he also damaged my existing phone display. he inspected my phone as if he is a mobile mechanic.
