Hi, recently bought a phone on flipkart because they promised tradein for my old samsung phone. They offered an attractive rs. 1850. However when thy day came, flipkart didn't take the phone saying the phone is not good. Please see the attached pics and decide if the phone was good or not. It has impeccable display too. Its worse site to sell they such big market place but if you try to sell in the end you will find that they don't have pickup service even in capital cities more over flipkart does not have self ship option if you want to sell go to amazon.in view more

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE...I have Purchased a Mobile in Flip Kart...The promised date was 1 day after purchase..But after 2 days i have observed that it has reached my nearest hub..after 30 Mins i received a message, " We were unable to deliver your product today. It will be delivered in 3 days.".. I have immediately spoken to customer care and requested to provide me the nearest hub contact number where the delivery is lying. Hi All. If you want to be harassed royally, you can continue to shop on Flipkart. Wrong product delivered not once but 4 times. Earlier they sent me wrong size twice.
