Very disappointed with Flipkart's service. I ordered one home theatre which is of very poor quality but I can not return it, they are providing only replacement of the same product the sound of which just sucks. I want to order another product of the same brand at a higher price but I can't because of the stupid return policy of the seller & Flipkart. I had ordered a “FLIPKART PERFECT HOMES SOLID WOOD 4 SEATER DINING SET” on 28th Sept 2021 costed and billed at 16,099 it was specified that the PRODUCT will be delivered on 17th Oct 2021. flipkart is giving 1rs deal ,and there is big fraud going on. in my area code on 20th november 2020 certain item was given at 1/- with 5 kg tag. i ordered same but they didnt deliver on my slot,and delayed.and then replaced that 5 kg order/offer with 1 kg in website and linked order to live website. they are not giving fixed products bills,,,,,it is linked to current website .and keeps changing daily.. my 5kg product is removed from website totally ,,and therefore it is not showing in my PRE-... view more

DO NOT BUY FROM FLIPKART. USE AMAZON INSTEAD. Flipkart is a bunch of CHEATS & FRAUDSTERS. The biggest example of their unethical values and no integrity is the fake reviews the post on their website. If you place a good review on the website, they will allow it, but if you put a negative review, they will turn it down stating that it does not meet their review policies.
