I had bought a Google Nexus 2012 Tablet from Flipkart, which turned out to be defective, I Called them up at around 11pm in the night (surprised ?? even i was, they have a 24 hour customer support) a tkt was immediately raised and a pickup arranged, they guy who came for pickup, also was carrying a replacement Tablet, so in 2 days I had the replacement Tablet in my hand. Flipkart never releases discount coupons!! Yeah!! Its true but don't get me wrong, there is still nobody to beat them in their online shopping sale spree!! Since, I have started shopping online, my first purchase was made on FLIPKART. As soon as one logon to it, one of the best interface ever of any site welcomes you. The site is really easy to navigate and hover around. I used to be one of the loyal customers of Flipkart, but now the products are priced way higher, than offered by another other site selling the same product. Especially in books, they have gone so bad, high prices, unpredictable fluctuation in prices.
