Marq by flipkart is owned by flipkart. Do not buy marq product. They will not mind you if anything happens am a victim of marq brand. I bought 2 air conditioners and got a defective one failed in one month they didn’t doing anything every time i call customer care they raise a complaint and no response after two days i will again call them they will tell me my complaint canceled by company this is happening for months . am started complaining this on jan 27 2019 . Their 10-day replacement policy requires you to be 200% purchase sure about the item you are going purchase. Unless you have experienced the item offline it is big risk doing big purchases. What non sense rule you were following in terms of deducting commission. Will you able to consider the update hike in price for product for the existed orders placed. It's a way of cheating and exploiting the seller. Simply without notice to seller's keep reducing the amount is way of agreement you done with us. I had purchased Nikon D3400 DSLR Camera from flipkart with the no cost EMI facility for 6 months that was mentioned on the flipkart website as well. After two days of purchase of the product I got a message from HDFC bank (my bank) your total amount is converted into 6 month EMI with 13% interest. flipkart will always remain crap, they deliver crap and charge us for their so called exclusive products which are always worst.
