<p>I'd like to express my frustration regarding the service provided by Firstcry. My experience with them has left me deeply disappointed. I placed an order for a product meant for my baby girl on July 14, 2023. The cost of the item was ₹1186.03. To my dismay, the product was inexplicably cancelled by the delivery team when it was just 3 km away from my home. <p>Ordered 4 pcs if jewellery. One product, a necklace, was totally different than ordered. Not matching even 1%. This shows company has no quality controls. Another product, a bracelet, ordered of adult size but a similar product of a new born baby was sent. One item was OK. Delivery of the fourth item was not taken because of prior experience. First cry Canceled my order and kept pre payment without informing and now not listening complaint. I will never shop from firstcry again. My 840rs stuck by shopping from firstcry. Never buy from firscry by paying online.

Received only 2 out of 5 products worth 2800rs missing.firstcry doesn't want to even give benefit of doubt flat out refused my claim that I did not get 3 out of 5.expressbees their courier service must have stolen the items.do u know how much hard people work for 2800rs??

You don't get what you order or pay for from Firstcry..they will ask you to pay as per the products shown on their website and they will send whatever they want to and don't even take the return.. pathetic customer service to deal with

I have made the payment thought phone pay items not received it's got cancelled from firstcry very bad service , still they have not refund my amount of 2229.

Worst management ever came across. Made purchase on 20, feb, 2022 and requested for return and Refund. Still waiting for money back. Two times I got email that says refund process faild due to technical error and to wait 10-15 working days for each. It's a million question to order again or not view more

I ordered dress for my son for his 2nd birthday from there website few days back. They delivered on time but they provided partial product only Orig Product: shirt, pant, waistcoat, bow Product i received: shirt, pant only When i tried returning it, they rejected the request saying “Wearhouse told us that complete product is dispatched”. Poor delivery and service. Not yet delivered my shipment yet, 21 days had been passed since the order had placed. And very poor support system they have, if u call their staff regarding the delivery he will tell u to call tomorrow. I had already paid for the product to Firstcry and it is a gift for a newborn and now I regret why I paid first to this store and didn't receive my product yet.
