Amazon India, a shameless #ecommerce brand in #India, they can repeat the same fault no of times even I've faced the same problem more then 3 times. based on this I can say they don't have value for their customers. I personally recommend never trust on Amazon India view more

Most useful site for purchase, but sometimes wrong products sold by sellers! Amazon Transport Service is worst many times ATS agents call you stating delivery and ask near by land mark of address , it's already written though they ask details ! My account is blocked , have 7999 rupees in amazon pay . CALLED CHATTED EMAILED to these people , but no one seems to care . Account specialists seem to send just copy paste messages over and over again , customer service can’t help as they don’t have access to the account and account excalation dept can just forward mails and I’m just stuck .
