Very bad support - staff of amazon in as their staff don't read the email just send your saved reply formats they have. Its almost 15 days I am following up with them on email asking them that I am not getting OTP and also have called them 5 times or more but no solution yet. Had Terrible Experience in getting the order items delivered on time, if you have time frame for items. What should a customer do if a wrong parcel is delivered, the seller refuses to initiate return. I a prime user I was expecting delivery by 29th of July. Also if delivery address is official then it's common scene that the package should be delivere by evening and not late night.
