Amazon blocking accounts for calling customer care

From Idea, at-least 022-30430101 ( +912230430101) routes to Amazon’s main system.
But BSNL and Amazon integration is sooooo sh¡tty that even if one dials 022-30430101 the chargeable number from BSNL… Amazon still things that a BSNL subscriber is calling their tollfree number… AND CALLS FROM BSNL ARE REJECTED🤯🤧

So besides you.. and me.. does no one has beef with Idea/Voda for not processing calls to 180030009027 / 180030001571 ?

There are a zillion BSNL users too here. But none ( @mastervijay @rajrocks ) ever responded even to direct tags regarding this query (of whether they too face issues while dialling out to Amazon CSD from a GSM BSNL connection).

Raj kumar you cannot open (log into) such account, until they want you to.
The OFM, CAP or other teams might temporarily or permanently allow you to access the account.

If too much wilful fraud or policy abuse has been done (by customer or you), then move on with life.
otherwise e-mailing [email protected] or the Concession Abuse Prevention (CAP) team might help (depending on case specifics).

You must first check if you got any e-mail titled “Notice” or “Policy Warning” from them.

Now it might be a bit too late to educate on this.
But it is V E R Y important to ALWAYS respond to those Notices with all factual details or what cases happened specofic to the context of the e-mail’s wording.

If a timely reply from the customer (you) is received by them, then the case might be assigned for manual cjecks by the humans.

If no response to the system generated, automated e-mails is received by them (from you) within 3 weeks or so
OR if policy violations or concessions added in your account or ‘exceptions’ created… continue to pile up.
Then revoking account login access is the least they can do.

Depending on the severity of the issues flagged and the linked accounts (as detected by their system)

they can permanently flag the devices, phone numbers, addresses from ever being allowed to own or operate any accounts.

There were cases like when group of people ordered original high end electronics (say: iPhones) but raised disputes and returned counterfeit devices, old devices by fraudulently adding same IMEI as the new phone received.
Or other big ticket frauds too were and are reported to law enforcement and investigative agencies.
