Mobikwik Refund

On 5th August i tried to pay to a fuel merchant QR from mobikwik ( 102rs from wallet + 423rs from debit card ) it was failed in mobikwik app but money deducted. The amount from wallet either not deducted or refunded. wallet amount was there as it is after the failed txn. Interestingly the failed transaction is not showing in history. Even the customer care guys can't see in their system. I only have bank statement proof which states money sent to Mobikwik payment solution. 10 days passed mobikwik is clueless where is the money! Bank is saying the transaction is successful from their end. Nch complaint raised but no reply nothing at all. What should I do now?
