how to complaint against loan lender

I took laon from liquiloans via cheq credit and opted for auto debit from icici bank and on due date lender attempted to debit emi amount from my federal bank account where fund was not avail. I kept emi amount in my icici bank before due date and same reflecting in cheq app that fund will be debited from my icici bank account.
Foe this they have charged me 2200 plus 150 rupees as penal charges which I paid

Why I should bear this penal charges where there is no mistake from my end

Please help me out
