Wow deals in flipkart

In flipkart (non vip) account, many products from grocery section shows wow deals pricing which is lower than usual price.
But when added products in cart, wow deal price doesn't reflect. How does it work?

Wow deals has specificity like need to buy 2 or more or need to buy with a specific product along with your product.
Another scenario: if a specific bunch of products are showing 5% off on 499 or 999 MoV wow deal and there is another offer going on total busket (like 50 off on 1500 MoV of total busket). Then the later (total busket offer) will overpower the wow deal (the 5% off on 499/999). Don't confuse this wow deal with the wow deals I described on first paragraph, those two are different type of wow deals.

so that it becomes OOS ,or ,on dynamic pricing.
