which credit card or debit card gives more than 2 percent for intermiles.

AU lit and sbi cc rejected my application. amex is not accepted by intermiles. axis ace gives 2 percent. so is there any card other than au lit and sbi cc that gives direct cashback more than 2 percent. i am not seeing for reward points or miles, only direct cashback in statement credit.
