Very very very bad service...!!!!!!!!

My order number was 2390311873…i have purchased a micromax unite2 a106 mobile from snapdeal…i got it on estimated delivery date, but it was a faulty product…. my friends already said that, dont buy electronic item from snapdeal, still i chose them…but got product which was not working properly….and I returned it to last 14 Monday….but i didn’t get my refund yet….they says like we checking its quality….the problem was their side…and now i am waiting for their response…i had call them for 15 to 20 times since I have ordered my product…. So I am kindly requesting you to refund my money by today itself…i can’t wait anymore for your fault…please try to understand from a customer perspective……..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
