VERY POOR REFUND SERVICE :(

Really it is very frustrating when you have to follow up for a month for your refund and still get the same reply every time that I would get response with in 48 hours.
I had ordered Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 along with its accessories to gift it to my Father in his Birthday, And because the item was not dispatched even after 3-4 days I had to cancel the same. I had canceled the item delivery on 10th October 2013 and till now also (One month has already been passed), I have not received the refund.
I registered a complaint with complaint number 3710271 and now when I call customer care with its reference they tell me that the number is not valid..!:shock:
I mailed my account statement again and again (nearly three times) as I was told my customer care service leading to no where. No contact was made from the other end after that.
What kind of customer service is this??? I have still not received the refund.
I am really fed up with all this. It is now exactly one month since I canceled the delivery and no refund is received till today and I am being told to contact my Bank [CANARA BANK] authorities who also have not received any payment with the reference id which is provided to me.

I wish I would have never used SnapDeal to order in the first place and will advice all other people the same. Is this the reliability you people have to offer. Is this the trust Pay Guarantee you people provide??!!!:shock:
