VERY BAD EXPERIENCE...

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE…I have Purchased a Mobile in Flip Kart…The promised date was 1 day after purchase..But after 2 days i have observed that it has reached my nearest hub..after 30 Mins i received a message, " We were unable to deliver your product today. It will be delivered in 3 days.".. I have immediately spoken to customer care and requested to provide me the nearest hub contact number where the delivery is lying. But they do not even have the contact number of their own ware house. Its been 2 days and still its not been delivered, nor update in the delivery status..Below is the log of the delivery. Observe the date and time of update, You will come to know the laziness of the delivery guys.
