Actually I loaded my mobi*wik wallet through debit card and in my account it tagged as housing & bills the same tag is given to mobi*wik cc bill payment thats why I need this MCC information for that particular transaction

HDFC Prepaid Cards... May not be accepted everywhere but easy to get compared to a credit card.
HDFC Prepaid Banking -> Login -> Account -> Mini Statement -> Select Transaction and click on view details. There it will be in Merchant Code.
