Urgent Need Help Regarding Airtel Recharge not credited after successful

I recharged airtel dth for a family relative yesterday thru Flipkart but it is showing pending I contacted Flipkart support they told me to wait 48hrs the family relative kept troubling me so I again recharged on Bajaj app it got sucessful but it has not been credited in his account I contacted airtel support on twitter they are saying it is sucessful they have posted benifit but the relative is saying it is still not credited the airtel support is not helping me and this relative guy is troubling me and destroying my peace of mind how should I proceed now as airtel is not helping and yes the recharge has not been credited I checked his dth tv

Ask them to keep the TV and set top Box on for sometime it happens sometime that the Recharge is successfull but doesn't get refreshed on System

Just recieved reply from airtel support on twitter again they are asking for tv screen picture with dth on I have uploaded the image let's see what they can do

Pls check whether any missed call no available for Airtel

Login to their DTH account by using otp and check the balance details and the txn details.

ur recharge will show there with date and time. Inform them that there is no issues from ur side and ask them to contact airtel directly for further help

I did check there dth tv by switching on tv it has not been credited and when I told customer support they asked for photo of tv screen with dth on I have already shared with them they told me they are checking and I am waiting for there response

It has been fixed on it's own I don't know what happened the relative told me when he turned on tv at 5pm it was working and I have not received any response from airtel after I shared the picture earlier afternoon but I did message them it has been resolved on twitter direct message
