I need some help regarding an issue with my credit card payment. On July 17th, I made three payments to clear my credit card bill. While two of these payments were credited successfully, one payment, which was debited from my account, still hasn’t been credited to my credit card. It shows up as a UPI transaction on MobiKwik.
I’ve tried raising a complaint through the help section in MobiKwik , but the experience has been frustrating—it’s the worst help system I’ve ever encountered. I also contacted SBI Cards directly, but they asked for a payment reference number starting with HGA or DA, which I don’t have.
I’m really disappointed with the lack of support and need this issue resolved ASAP. Has anyone else faced something similar? Any advice on how to get this fixed?

Mobikwik's help section is just bullshit, kept my complaint pending for nearly 20 days but surprisingly, when I called their customer care helpline at 08069808320, my issue was resolved the very same day. Give them a shot.
Complaint to pgportal about your issue it will be resolved in few days
mobikwik should be avoided at all cost ... One of the most pathetic payment service
you should have now learnt the lesson , avoid in future
