Unable to add 4k in paytm wallet using zomato via CC

Getting below error when trying to load paytm wallet via Zomato using Amex CC, tried with HDFC CC also same problem. Before this month it was always working upto 4000 per month. Last month used Amex CC directly in paytm app to load money , I guess that created this issue , any way to resolve it ?

Just now added 4k in paytm through uber using amex
I am getting continuous error on Add money in Paytm on all Dc Or Cc or UPI or Net Banking.
" Please try with lower amount or different payment source, Transaction limit will revise as continue using Paytm"
How to get rid of this ?
It means it’s blocked for you now. It has been happening to many including me. I had done just for 2 months since I didn’t know about this method before that. And from third month it was blocked. Slowly they are restricting everyone.
