The worst online store ever came across

This is the worst online shopping website I’ve ever come across. I had ordered 5 items. The outfits ordered were of extremely poor quality. It included one pair of short which was completely different and low quality than what I had ordered and a tube top was worse than a street material.
It’s been 18 days my perfume has still not been delivered. wherein the entire ordered was prepaid. Every now and then I am trying to contact delivery people. They don’t have any number on which I can get a proper follow up. I am not a person who has a lot time to spend and that is the reason I shop online. If this is how I have to keep wasting my time; there is no use of making it all digital. This shopping was a nightmare for me.. Completely regretting.
