Tata neu upi registration on iphone

I had upi working on tata neu using my neu card, had to delete, uninstall and reinstall the app as it was hanging, but now it is not registering for the upi, in sim 1 as number, the sms opening app is not opening automatically, so i don't get the option to send the sms to verify, please some one help, i am using iphone
