Mercury BP machines are mostly obsolete. The best is to go with an aneroid BP machine (which I use). A digital BP machine will give an error approximately 10% and you need to buy a new machine once per year (if used everyday), lifetime is very bad, also you will not be able to detect if the readings are wrong or not untill it started showing illogical values.
Buying an aneroid BP machine with a stethoscope, will cost around 2-2.2k.

Thankyou but it not possible for buy this one.i don't want my parents to use stethoscope to make it more difficult. I am not always available. So, I need something feasible and easy
My mom is practicing Medco.
What she suggests is
https://www.amazon.in/Rossmax-GB102-Aneroid-Pre...
Other than this mercury ones are also accurate but those are banned.
If searching accuracy above are options.
Rest all digital ones are inaccurate as per her experience.
Same reply to you also..

Is there any electronic BP monitoring meter like glucose monitoring meter available for diabetes?
VU+ for getting more awareness of this important health topic
Omron BP machine. Make sure the one that u buy has algorithm for irregular heartbeat detection which most cheap bp monitors won't have.
It's a Japanese MNC and good for general monitoring but don't expect pinpoint accuracy. An approximation is good enough.
For eg if ur BP is coming 180/130 even with error of 10% on either side it is still very high . So use it that way.
Also make sure if the hands are big, particularly forearm then buy the biggest Hand cuff machine from Omron .
Dr Trust Atrial Fibrillation Automatic Dual Talking Digital BP Monitor Machine (Black).
Is this good
Or please tell which you were using
which ever you buy i suggest it should come with type c charger
so in emergency you can measure via powerbanks or mobile charger
We have a omron at home. Error 10% approx. Working fine from 5 years. But doctors always suggest mercury wala Bp machine.
all digitals are meh ... use and throw after 6 months .. dr morpen , dr trust whatever cheaper . (10-15% error)
get professional reading by docs / compounders etc
skilled usage of mercury / aneroid machines .
mercury ones will only give exact value .
With all respects,
Doctor and compounders are sometime not available nearby.. at night time.
During corona, everyone are using thermal gun to measure the temparature if someone coming in from outside..
We all know, how cheap and bad product are available.. accuracy is never there.. but we use it. And if there is High temperature we check again,if again then we use thermometer to get accurate data.
Same thing is here, about digital bp machine, it is for just primarily checking.
If digital bp machine is good ,why still doctor, hospital using same old way aneroid sphygmomanometer.. because aneroid sphygmomanometer has great accuracy and most accurate.
but we want digital ones for home use...only for primary checking.. and urgent response.
i use omron and i have seen big hospitals (Birla group) using it. In my home I use the machine 3 times and take average , it will be very close to original value. fixing the machine in the arm needs some skill/strength.

First thing first, all these 'personal' health equipment's including B.P monitors, Smart Bands with ECG, BP, Heart Rate etc etc are for daily use to know the variations. These are not to be termed as absolute medical grade equipment's. With advancement in required sensors, accuracy is improving day by day.
So use these to keep a tab on some of the key parameters and do visit a qualified doctor if you see high variance.
I have following two which are in use since 2016 & 2018 respectively!
Omron 7120 doesn't have memory, right?
Omron is one of the best. Multiple models clinically validated by several clinical societies around the world. Mine's in it's 5th or 6th year. No strange readings so far.
Omron is the best. I suggest you take your device to doctors and check your reading there. Cross verify the reading with the doctor's mercury ones. This will help understand the accuracy and % error.
My dad is now suffering from ckd. If you have found any good bp machine please share the name or links.
After all discussions.. omron brand is best.
I have purchased omron 7120..
It's best sellers on Amazon.
but no charger is in it that a problem... So buy with charger
Now a days digital BP machines are not giving actual readings I tried BPL and Omron both not good
I bought dr morpean but i had price limit that's why, otherwise go for omron if u wanna buy digital one i searched about it quite a bit and everyone's final verdict was to buy omron bp machine for digital readings, but omron is confusing people a bit by releasing too many models so check out which one suits u best, all r preety much same, price range being 1500-2000
I too have omron same machine from last 10 yrs
