Sony Xperia E Dual Sim

I purchased Sony Xperia Mobile from snap deal. I am chasing for my mobile from saturday but neither i got support from customer service nor from blue dart persons. In Blue Dart rudrapur the service is pathetic. Snapdeal customer care support is pathetic. Blue dart presons are neither taking the phone and after bell making their mobile becomes switch off.Blue dart courier should not be used by snapdeal if they want to keep their reputation. this is the first product called by me after using best services of amazon, flipkart and shopclues etc and i never faced any problem. I would make sure that neither i nor any one in my knowledge order any item from the snapdeal. After this incident i would definitely discourage every one for using snapdeal. this is not my single complaint but their are lot of guys doing the same complain to whom i know. Snapdeal sucks badly!!!!!!!
