I am planning to buy a smart watch for gym activities.
I don't want to keep on changing the mode, it should have auto detect and accuracy should be great.
Options are Samsung galaxy watch 6 or OnePlus watch?
Which is good ? Also do I need to consider Lte or bluetooth variant?

Depends upon personal needs. If you want a watch just to attend calls without connecting to bluetooth, go for LTE. If you wanted it for fitness tracking, then bluetooth.
