Yogi will be the biggest threat to BJP if the party decides to pick him as the prime-ministerial candidate for the next elections!

42nd Amendment Act, 1976: After the judgment of the Kesavanand Bharati case, it was accepted that the preamble is part of the Constitution.
As a part of the Constitution, preamble can be amended under Article 368 of the Constitution, but the basic structure of the preamble can not be amended.
Because the structure of the Constitution is based on the basic elements of the Preamble. As of now, the preamble is only amended once through the 42nd Amendment Act, 1976.
@Luciferofhell @max_cooper @shoaibmax Kesavanand Bharati case most important decision is this: entire constitution can be amended with the condition that basic structure of the constitution is not altered & Supreme Court decide what is the basic structure of the constitution so practically govt can amend entire constitution as long as supreme court approves it does not alter the basic structure of the constitution.
Aptly said! I hope our countrymen will care to know about the basic structure of our constitution and respect it.
@bikidas2060 bhai if you want true secularism then see western nations & especially US. In US one can burn copies of main books of both Christians & Muslims without breaking any law. Now compare this to here where people recently filed cases against Amitabh Bachchan & KBC producers for asking the question “Dr B R Ambedkar and his followers burned copies of which scripture”.
But nobody was harmed. Had it been otherwise, there would have been fatwas. Supporting atheism is a different concept. Well constitution should support them too. So, as long as subtle things like different rules n things for minorities base of secularism can’t be established.
Exceptionally intelligent, they have phenomenal memories (and can recall complex routes and recognize animals they haven’t seen for years) and also have a logical, flexible approach to problem-solving. People who know donkeys report that they are smart, personable, and affectionate.
