Scam in terms of No Refund in Return Policy

Very disappointed with Flipkart’s service. I ordered one home theatre which is of very poor quality but I can not return it, they are providing only replacement of the same product the sound of which just sucks.

I want to order another product of the same brand at a higher price but I can’t because of the stupid return policy of the seller & Flipkart. As if I will have to listen to poor quality music the rest of my life because Flipkart doesn’t have the refund in their Return Policy.

Very poor service and this happens only in India, they do not care about their customers. I will suggest every customer out there move to Amazon from Flipkart for a better experience. Flipkart sucks.
