Hi all.
Not sure if there a bug in SBI UNIpay
I made 4 credit card bill payments
First transaction(amount debited) and got failed because of some timeout error. Refund not came yet.
Next tx payment got sucess and credited to bank..(however TX status is shown as failed)
Third tx status and credited to bank.
Fourth tx is same as second.
Even after bill payment to credit card being successful (TX status is shown as failed)
Will they refund my money for the first tx (for the one which did not credit to credit card)?
If anyone facing issues.

There is one transaction where the bill payment is success (but the transaction status is shows as Failed)
Also There is an amount mismatch on first tx -- while fetching the bill (the o/s ammount is 9049 , i tried to pay 1000 only - amount debited,due to timeout error) , but in tx history (the amount is shown as 9049 instead of 1000)

After reading your thread I got curious and just checked my statement and found that even though bill payment failed but the amount is still credited and I was waiting for a refund.

Today i tried to pay CC bill but i didn't go through hit cancel during card input stage and to my surprise after sometime my CC is credited with same amount i tried to pay and no debit of from my dc. I am wondering what is going on with UNIPAY.

Once my transaction failed but the amount got credited in CC. No refund received in this case
