SBI netbanking - password reset issue

When trying to reset netbanking password, the site keeps giving error,

"Please enter the mobile number registered with internet banking"

It is the mobile number used to create netbanking id and everything. Have already reset the password using the same number.

It's been like this for a while. Not able to reset password. as an extension, not able to access the account.

Is anyone facing the same issue? Anyone has any solution other than visiting the branch?

That seems to be a temporary glitch. Maybe tomorrow (after lunchtime), you could try to connect SBI customer service.

I have been trying for more than 10 days now.

The error keeps happening. I will try tomorrow afternoon as per your suggestion.

Are you suggesting to try resetting in the afternoon or contact cc?

Ah remember what I told in another post for my mom SBI Account :) this is looking like that same issue that bugged my mom account , for me only visiting branch solved this for SBI as I have to get it resolved by branch side

try for some days to reset by online, if it dont get solved, then only way is visiting branch and sitting in front of "Ass. Branch Manager"

Could be KYC issue also. Dumb public banks can't get their websites print correct error messages. If kyc is OK, just submit a form at the branch to update the mobile number. Yes, you can write the same mobile number that's already registered. That's govt banks for you.
