After Rihanna and Greta Thunberg, porn star Mia Khalifa tweeted in support of the ongoing farmers’ agitation in India. In her post, Mia shared a picture from the protests and expressed severe shock over the sequence of events in Delhi.
“What in the human rights violations is going on?! They cut the internet around New Delhi?! #FarmersProtest,” Mia Khalifa said in the caption of her post. She also shared a picture from the protests wherein a man was seen holding a placard that said, “Stop killing farmers!”

Mia Khalifa’s tweet came after Rihanna and Greta Thunberg extended support towards the farmers’ protests on February 2. Both Rihanna and Greta shared news clippings on the protests in their respective tweets.
“Why aren’t we talking about this?! #FarmersProtest,” Rihanna said in a tweet that has now gone viral with over two lakh retweets.
Meanwhile, Greta Thunberg said, “We stand in solidarity with the #FarmersProtest in India.”

If banning internet will stop protester from spreading violence then it’s good step.

Bro, I have a slight different opinion. 1st, by country we mean its people. If they are not happy, then what is this patriotism about? 2nd even if you mean country by land, that also is slipping away to China , and even Nepal has declared claim.

A political party decided to use people from one religion against another religion to gain/maintain power via IT cells with zero limit to social media harassment/targeting/propaganda
Now the opposition and the units against certain activities are following the same trend of building IT cells and Blind supporters (The supporters like it too.. because with the usage of National Flag, Nationalist, certain religious symbols and Farmers now, it is easy to get attention and a follow-back for future use)
I don’t believe that the ones (at least majority?) supporting the protests have much idea about the farm laws too but they are doing still doing it.. and the numbers started increasing exponentially post Jan 26 violence and more importantly since the central/state government used police force to clear the camps and border closure
BJP thought they could convert the Jan 26 unrest to their benefit (you could’ve even seen some blind supporters generalizing everyone protesting as terrorists) but everything has changed now because of one noob decision (+ Propagating terrorist reference so that the violence could be justified)
Well the government should amend the farm law making MSP as a law. Apart from that I don’t think anything needs to be changed in context of framers in Bihar. In Bihar Mandi system and MSP are rare things and out of reach of almost all small and marginal farmers.
That’s what govt is saying, ready to amend the law.
But paid people are trying hard that govt should repal the law .
I wish people should protest against taxes.
They should protest that their tax money should be invested on this welfare only.
Destroying public property, harassing common man, stoping them from living their normal life is the only way left in India in the name of peaceful protest.
