Received a credit of Rs 7300 from axis bank

On my axis kiwi credit card ,I have received a credit of rs 7300 from bank
stating that towards delay in card closure request. In statement it is mentioned as PENALTY CHARGES ON CUSTOMER CARD ACCOUNT. But I haven't raised any request for card closure. What does it mean?
