Poor customer handling
I bought a boat Rockerz headset from filpkart.But the product had some connectivity issues.Customer care were not ready to replace it.After 3 days,they accepted the replace request & after 4 days (on delivery day),they cancelled the replace request themselves.Even they were not giving any valid reason. That is the behaviour and value that filpkart give to their coustomer.Even they are not giving return or exchange policy.A very very bad experience.Now Flipkart lost its valuable coustomer

After 4 days you meant pickup day ig?!....Now that we can't do anything about it...I suggest you to use your warranty and get it replaced by Boat itself
