Previous PM was also travelling to foreign country but that time no one had problem.
Before few years there was analysis by one web that Modi’s trip are more compared to MMS but ratio attending meeting with respective govt ministry, businessmen etc is much more that previous PM.

Of course, MMS used to carry 1 camera person, Feku carry 10 camera person to attend meeting to GIVE DOLBY VISION & DOLBY ATMOS Effect . Thats why ratio of attending people is more.
