please be aware shopclues is fraud and will never give your money back and deliver you poo quality or fake product.

i had placed an order with the shopclues 7th december 2016, having order number 105221438, pack of 2 jeans for the amount 428/- i received the order on 13th december 2016, after opening the package to my utter shock both the denims were cheap … defective …worn out denims.

so i opted for return policy immediately through the application, on 15th i got a call from the courier person that he is coming to pick up the parcel but wonnt hand me the return receipt as , as per him shopclues have not provided the slip. i told him to kindly follow the procedure and do the needfull,

after 2 more days, when there was no response, i opened the application and to my utter shock i found that the return request have been closed by them, when i contacted the customer care of shopclues via phone, i was told that the courier partner have told them that the client refused to handover the package, so thats the reason they closed my return request.

after narrating that nothing such has happened, i was given assurance by the shopclues that they will arrange the pickup within 2 working days, but nothing has happened as yet, in between till this date i have contacted shop clues 3 times, but they always come out with same reason that my return request has been closed and i am not handing the defective parcel to the courier person after multiple attempts by them.

this is utter rubbish and lie from their end as i now firmly believe that shopclues is cheating me and robbing me with my hard earned money and trying to fool me around. today half an hour back i again called shopclues and again the same reasons i got from customer care and they hunged up the phone.

if the shopclues had good intention then they would again change the status to return request placed rather closed status, this clearly indicates , that shopclues is a fraud company and simply trying to loot its consumers.
